About Me
Hello and welcome, you're here because you'd like to know a little bit about me. I am a practising psychotherapist working and living in London, and psychoanalytic practice is very central to many of my interests. I have always been interested in how humans relate to one another, and indeed the ways in which we relate to ourselves.
Non-standard ways of relating have been important in my life, and so I am competent around issues such a non-monogamy, kink and/or BDSM, queer relationships and neurodiversity. I am also invested in the idea of fluidity, in the capacity for people to change and adapt as they go through their life. I regularly attend conferences and talks to keep up to date on issues around gender, sexuality, race, class, and disability within psychotherapy.
I believe that everyone should have the option to access therapeutic support, and that it comes in many forms, psychotherapy being one of many. In the same vain, I try my best to de-mystify the process as I work, and will be transparent with you about the why's and the how's of my ways of working.
